Following the Premier’s announcement of a three-day lockdown in Greater Brisbane, we have received confirmation from Brisbane City Council that all Active and Healthy sessions will be suspended from 6pm tonight (Tuesday 29 June 2021) until 6pm Friday (2 July 2021). The cancelled sessions include:
- Amazing Art Race at McDowall;
- Amazing Art Race at Coorparoo;
- Kite Making and Flying at Taringa;
- Smartphone Eco Photography at Mt Coot-tha; and
- Lantern Making at Alderley.
We are very disappointed that we won’t be able to facilitate the events that we had scheduled during lockdown. Our team was very much looking forward to our very busy school holiday program. We always love seeing all our regulars and meeting new families too!
We will be processing refunds for the events for which there was a participant fee; however, due to the large number of participants who had booked into our Active and Healthy activities, this will take some time. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work through this mammoth process, while wrangling children of our own during the lockdown! We thank you in advance for your understanding!
We wish you all the best and hope to see you at another Bazil Grumble event very soon.
Take care,
Fiona, Grant and the Bazil Grumble team
