Thanks to interest and support from within Indooroopilly State School and the surrounding community, we have two classes starting in Indooroopilly from Monday 7 March, 2022! Running for the last four weeks of term 1, these classes will be a fantastic introduction to our semester one theme, Superhero Escapades! As some families were impacted by flooding and unable to join us for Monday 7 March, you are most welcome to join from week 2 or week 3, and our booking system will generate a pro-rata invoice!
Join us at the Moore Park Baptist Church on Monday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:45pm, for Shining Stars (Prep to Year 2) or Masterclass (Year 3 to Year 6)! Indooroopilly State School students will be met by our drama teachers inside the gate at Taringa Parade near the Stop, Drop and Go and accompanied up to the hall.
Coming from a different location? No worries! Due to the 3:30pm start time families from surrounding areas including Chapel Hill, Bardon, St Lucia, Taringa, Kenmore and Fig Tree Pocket are more than welcome to meet us at the Moore Park Baptist Church on Taringa Parade!
Drama classes are a great deal of fun and allow the students to meet new people and develop new friendships. Classes incorporate students from various year levels and the teacher ensures that every child is consistently engaged in the activities, and challenged at a level appropriate to their age. The classes are very popular, with many of our students having been enrolled for a considerable length of time.
