Bazil and Grumble go to the Circus

is an exciting piece of interactive children's theatre that is a celebration of the imagination utilizing giant masks. This special performance is the intriguing tale of two best friends, Bazil and Grumble who go to the circus only to find themselves masquerading as clowns and learning some tricks in the process! It is an entertaining and amusing tale that promotes the medium of children's theatre and incorporates storytelling, rhymes, masks and juggling.

Bazil and Grumble Which Bin is Which?

is an extension of our circus show in which Bazil and Grumble meet two highly entertaining rubbish bins who teach important recycling facts.

 

 

The Spirit of ChristmasClick to enlarge

is always a favorite with the children as it is a performance that seeks to capture the true essence of Christmas. Through interactive theatre, Bazil and Grumble and the children undertake a magical quest to find Grumble's missing Christmas Spirit. Along the way they encounter some interesting friends and engage in some highly imaginative experiences. By incorporating storytelling, animal masks, song and dance, rhyme and interaction, this performance aims to promote creativity, imagination and learning for the children.

Bazil and Grumble and the Magic Storybook

is the intriguing tale of Bazil and Grumble, who use the special powers of Mr Kangaroo's Magic Storybook to transport them to faraway places. The story is a celebration of the imagination and the joys of books, presented through interactive educational storytelling techniques incorporating play, masks and rhyme. At the core of the performance is a social moral, enabling the children to learn valuable lessons while developing their imagination and skills in communication, cooperation and participation.

 

Bazil and Grumble go to the Beach

is presented in collaboration with the Queensland SuClick to enlargerf Life Saving Association and aims to heighten awareness of surf and sun safety and the environment. Bazil and Grumble go the beach only to find themselves involved with some fascinating characters. It is a celebration of our coastal culturethat incorporates storytelling, rhymes, masks and song.

Bazil and Grumble and the Missing Easter Eggs

is the intriguing tale of two best friends, Bazil and Grumble, who use the special powers of the Easter Bunny's Magic Easel to transport them to faraway places. It is a celebration of the imagination, presented through interactive educational storytelling techniques incorporating play, masks and rhyme. At the core of the performance is a social moral, enabling the children to learn valuable lessons while developing their imagination and skills in communication, cooperation and participation.

Bazil and Grumble Weedbusters

was created in conjunction with the Department of Natural Resources and the Brisbane City Council and has been performed throughout Queensland. This humorous story about a serious issue is an interactive tale about two best friends, Bazil and Grumble, who make a terrible mistake when they scatter their lawn clippings in the native Australian bush. Woody the Weed takes over and Bazil and Grumble and the audience learn how to be Weedbusters to save the day!

Bazil and Grumble's Fantastical Adventure

is an exciting story into the world of imagination and adventure. One day Grumble wakes up to find she has lost her imagination but, with the help of the children and her best friend Bazil they undertake a fantastical adventure to find it! Along the way the encounter magical puppets and entertaining characters and engage in some highly imaginative experiences. By incorporating storytelling, puppets, song and dance, this performance aims to promote creativity, imagination and learning for children.

Bazil and Grumble's Aussie Book Clues, Where has all the WATER Gone?

was created in conjunction with the Brisbane City Council Library Service and is an entertaining, amusing tale and highly educational tale that promotes Water Conservation and Australian Literature through the use of Children's Theatre incorporating educational storytelling techniques and rhyme. This special performance is an intriguing tale of two best friends, the comical Bazil and Grumble, who have to solve a big problem with the help of some of our favourite characters from the very best of Australian Literature.  We seem to be running out of water but why?  One by one the clues from these Aussie Books link together and with the help of the audience Bazil and Grumble finally work out the answers about how to save our precious resource - water!
